Physician consultation and prescription fulfillment services on the KeevaRx platform are not covered by insurance. However, the cost of the online visit is typically less than most co-pays.

If you opt for subscription plan your prescription shipments are shipped monthly. You can pause, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, per state and federal statutes. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at hello@keevarx.com.

Once your order is shipped from the pharmacy, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. All orders are shipped 2 Day Air to ensure medication is received as soon as possible.

KeevaRx is for patients who are seeking medical consultation and/or treatment for hair loss, acne, or other dermatological treatment(s) who prefer to receive consultation and treatment from the comfort of their home.

Yes, this medication is considered a prescription strength medication and will need to be prescribed by a physician. However, our doctors through our telemed platform will gladly prescribe the medication ordered for you after you complete the online form. If you wish to use your own provider please have them call us at 480-681-6491 or fax your prescription to 480-624-8134.

Yes, of course. We recognize patient freedom of choice and patients are always allowed to select their own preferred pharmacy. 

If you choose the KeevaRx Pharmacy Network, we’ll ship your medication to you directly in our discreet packaging, for free. You can always use your own pharmacy, although it may be more expensive as we cannot guarantee the prices of other pharmacies. It’s also important that your pharmacy is able to receive electronic prescriptions (participates in Surescripts network). 

Additionally, for custom compounded formulations, many traditional pharmacies do not provide compounded medications. 

In order to complete a medical treatment and prescribe medicine, a physician has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. So, KeevaRx is only available in the states where physicians on the KeevaRx platform are licensed.
